The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with an in-house restaurant. The location is favourable, to the attached pub. The place to have dinner around 10-15 minutes walk from the property is Jersey Mike's Subs. The queen room is brand-new and pet-friendly...

The room was updated and clean and available on ground level. Its location on the mountain side was good:)))

Great and absolutely perfect location for visiting a movie theater and pubs. Walking distance to a small shopping mall and a shopping street across the street.

Lots of rooms (rooms, parking, surroundings). Rooms have balcony. Hiking trails for the dog. Excellent restaurant. Not far from natural landscapes (Mt. Washington, Nympf if etc.).

Slightly too close to the road or bridge, you can hear the noise when the cars drive over the bridge (with the balcony door open).

No breakfast was offered. It is now offered in most hotels and is included in the price. Extra costs were due here.

The location was fabulous. You can be near to the mountains, sea, rivers or lakes whatever you prefer. The staff are excellent. No matter what we asked we got help in a great way. We asked to change rooms once we checked in as our room was near to a noisy road/bridge. This was done immediately with no problem. We also needed help as the wi-fi was not working correctly. A member of staff came to our room within 5 minutes of recording the problem.

The wi-fi didn't work consistently for us in our room or in the main hotel areas. We would get on no problem bu then it would go off line and we could not get it back on again. However we did advise the staff and they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. The indoor pool was tiny - it is not big enough to have a reasonable swim in it. The saunas were not on and they took ages to heat up enough to use them.

The heating and cooling system could not be switched off and ran intermittently all night and was noisy

The hotel is located in a wonderful area close to a major shopping mall. the staff members were very good. the rooms come equipped with coffee.

Had such a great stay on a business trip. The hotel had a central location close to downtown.- It was close to stores, places to eat, and the shopping street of Courtenay with shops and restaurants.

This place provided one of the best stays during my business trip, with a satisfying breakfast offering a variety of options.

The location was excellent; Art Alchemy Studio was nearby. The hotel is centrally located near the local ski hill, downtown, shops, and restaurants. I really enjoyed the in-house restaurant.

I was told on your sight that the price was $199.00 tax in.When I checked in they told me that not only would the room of been $169 if I called direct.But there was tax on top of the $199.So $230 not a happy camper...
